Forest Gate, Oak Brook, Illinois Attorney for Callaghan
Associates, Inc. in the zoning of a 34 acre, 77 unit age restricted,
zero lot line, single family subdivision; drafted the special use
ordinance for age restricted housing adopted by the Village of Oak
Brook, and the covenants, conditions and restrictions for Forest
Gate, an age restricted subdivision, qualified as an exception to
The Fair Housing Act for occupancy by persons aged 55 or better.
Represented Developer in sale of all units.
Pavilions of Darien Office Condominium, Darien, Illinois Acquired
the real estate, rezoned the parcel to O zone; developed the
property, authored the office condominium declaration and sold two
of the four units in a 9,000 square foot office condominium project.
Savoy Club, Burr Ridge, Illinois
 Representing the Developer and
Builder in the draft of the Subdivision Covenants and closing of
cluster-style, single family homes to be built on 57 zero lot line
lots.
Other Zoning Projects
Other representative projects include
acquiring, annexing, zoning and selling a four acre PUD 25,000
square foot office condominium development in Woodridge, Illinois;
the drafting of Condominium Declarations for two other office
condominium projects in Plainfield and Burr Ridge, Illinois; and the
zoning and covenant drafting for single family subdivisions, town
house developments and a federally subsidized senior apartment
complex.
