For more than 30 years, I have represented clients in a variety of areas, with a concentration in real estate law.

Residential Real Estate

In more than 7,000 closings, I have represented clients in either the purchase or sale of both existing and newly constructed single family homes, condominiums, duplexes, and town homes throughout Northern Illinois (Cook, DuPage, Kane, Will, Kendall, Lake, McHenry and DeKalb Counties).

Commercial Real Estate

I have represented both Buyers and Sellers in the closing or rezoning of vacant land and existing apartment buildings, office buildings, strip malls, office/warehouses and industrial buildings. I have drafted and negotiated sales contracts, commercial leases, easements, covenants, options to lease, and options to purchase. I have Section 1031 exchange experience in both residential and commercial property.

Wills and trusts

I have represented many families over the years in the preparation of their Wills and Trusts, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Durable Powers of Attorney.
