Areas of Practice

I am a sole practitioner concentrating on the representation of clients in both residential and commercial real estate. With more than 30 years of experience in the field, I bring a wealth of knowledge to assist you in the timely and successful completion of your transaction.

Real Estate: Residential and Commercial

My office is equipped with a full complement of services necessary to make your closing as efficient as possible. Often, our selling clients do not attend the closing, and the funds can be wired or deposited at their direction. As an attorney agent of Attorneys’ Title Guaranty Fund, Inc., I can offer complete and full service closing services, including email receipt of lender packages, HUD-1 preparation and wiring capability, all from my office. This “member closing” capability allows for a most efficient and time saving closing.

Zoning and Development

I have experience in representing Owners, objectors or prospective Buyers in a Zoning matter, including change of zoning, subdivision, approval of a special use or petition for variation.

Wills and Trusts

I represent families and individuals in the preparation of their Wills and Trusts, Healthcare Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, and Durable Powers of Attorney.
